Successfully managed the B2B migration from Kapten to Free Now during COVID.

- Moved the team to SCRUM and scaled tech with the CTO, from 4 to 20 engineers and up to 4 PMs led

- Managed development of text-to-speech, speech recognition & avatar features with the Head of Innovation
- Built an internal test group that doubled as a brand-awareness hack; presented the bot at CWT global events in Asia & the USA
